Team Lead, Host, Product Specialist (Retail Sales)
Team leads are team members who get paid more and have more responsibilities to support the rest of the team. They know and perform the team member position but also function as floor supervisors. They do not take disciplinary actions but do daily checks of team members to make sure people are following standardized work procedures and to surface problems to executive staff.
Operations & Fundraising Apprentice
You will work directly with the founder to support a live fundraising process and related operational projects. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with real responsibility and room to take initiative. You'll help organize materials, manage follow-ups, set up lightweight processes, and use modern tools, including AI, to move work forward efficiently. This is a full-time, time-bound apprenticeship through mid-March. If the fundraise is successful and the fit is strong, this role is designed to transition into a longer-term operations position.

Team Member, Inventory and Fulfillment Associate
Not HiringAs an Inventory and Fulfillment Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and preparing cannabis inventory to keep the store running smoothly. This role is detail-driven and operational, supporting daily inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and compliance while working closely with the sales team behind the scenes.
